They enjoy making chardonnay at GibbstonValley and have succeeded here with this fine, steely version that drew comparisons with chablis. Citrus, a touch of pineapple and a little smokiness are supported by crunchy acidity. A seamless wine that will age well. Try it with pan-seared gurnard.
