Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé
The Laurent-Perrier vintage style finds good expression in the 2006. It is complex, with aromas reminiscent of lime, apple pie, biscuity yeast autolysis and a light thread of sulphide. Long flavoured with a mature feel, it has a tight, powdery-dry structure underneath. (D)
