Lawson’s Dry Hills Riesling 2017 (Marlborough)
Time in bottle has helped this wine develop lovely toasty notes to match the freshly drizzled lime and bright, fresh aromatics. Still taut and fresh with a slightly austere lime-skin texture and ripe acidity. A wine that has come a way, yet still has a lot of life left to live.
