Louis Bouillot Perle d’Aurore Rosé Crémant de Bourgogne NV (France)
A bit of a mouthful to say, but very easy to enjoy. This rosé looks absolutely stunning in the glass with its inviting pale salmon colour. A deft and delicate crémant in an off- dry style. The red apple and berry flavours with just a hint of spice against amazing creaminess and lingering toastiness mean you have everything you need on the palate before enjoying a long lingering finish.
