Matahiwi Estate Holly South Series Chardonnay 2022 (Wairarapa)
Medium colour in the glass with sweet pastry aromas and ripe citrus fruit present with lots of reduction evident on the nose. The palate is textural and spicy with the richness present balanced well by the bright acid which gives both focus and length.
