The 17 Valley vineyard near TaylorsPass is the jewel in the Mount Riley crown. This is a gorgeously aromatic version, giving off lemon zest, flint and oak spice scents. In the mouth it is firm in texture and alive with sweetish tropical-fruit flavours. Try it with chicken marengo.
