Mount Riley Riesling 2016 (Marlborough)
This is a well-made, quite subtle, dry expression. The aromatics have a soft, gauzy quality and in the mouth there is a fine core of concentrated fruit, with lime and Cox’s orange notes to the fore. Try it with salt and pepper squid.
