The Woolshed Vineyard in the upper Wairau Valley is the key site for Mud House sauvignon blanc. This wine exhibits a mix of leafy green and yellow fruit characters, and a pleasantly resistant texture. There’s a touch of sweetness, which does not detract thanks to the acidic counterweight.
