Pencarrow Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc 2013

So often, Palliser’s second-tier Pencarrow label outpaces more fancied (and pricier) rivals. This version is a gorgeous mouthful – flinty, juicy, precise and balanced. It is concentrated and persistent and would be a fine match for melon wrapped in prosciutto.
