Petane ‘Tracks Block’ Viognier 2019 (Hawke’s Bay)

Ripe lime and lime-zest flavours with pepper and spice on the nose which follow through to the palate presenting a juxtaposition between sweet and sour flavours. A tricky balancing act but the winemaker has skillfully managed to retain excellent balance with great texture on the palate.
