This wine provoked a lot of debate. It is a powerful, raw style with an intriguing flavour pro file. Saline, earthy, citrus and mineral notes crowd the palate, loud and boisterous, corseted by a rm texture. A confronting chardonnay that would meet its match with a rabbit terrine.
