The Sileni were companions of Dionysus, the Greek god of good things including wine. This wine honours their desire to celebrate with its exuberant aromas of vanillin and rich, ripe fruit. The structure flirts with losing form yet the finesse of the acidity provides an elegant foil to the finish.
