Summerhouse Marlborough Chardonnay 2015
The nose is muted, but in the mouth this wine has plenty to say. White stone fruit, mustard seed, citrus and fennel notes unfold around a line of taut acidity. It’s a sweetish, ripe style where the fruit has the loudhailer. Try it with a pork and apple dish.
