The Doctors’ Riesling 2019 (Marlborough)

At 9.5 per cent this is a lower-alcohol wine that isn’t devoid of anything other than alcohol percentage points. Viscous and lush while also managing to be clean, fresh and poised. Lingering Granny Smith apple-crumble and spice notes dance on the palate leading to a gorgeous lengthy and lush finish.
