Waimea Sauvignon Gris 2023 (Nelson)

Pale in the glass with a crunchy green herbal aroma and plenty of thiol influence. The palate is mid weighted with nice intensity of flavour and fruit brightness. The acid is fresh and well balanced through to the crisp, refreshing finish.
