There’s plenty here to please lovers of the big, dark, voluptuous Central Otago style. You’re greeted with a salvo of dark cherry and rich florals. The texture is plush and the dark fruit is well-lit by bright acidity and seasoned with oak spice. A well-made, big, but very cuddly, pinot.
