Cape Mentelle Shiraz 2014 (Margaret River, WA)
The cool climate of Western Australia’s Margaret River nurtures some wonderful wines. This fine example from a renowned producer offers spicy aromatics and a palate that exudes juicy sweet fruit charm. The tannins are well-defined. Oak is certainly a feature and was discussed by the panel, the consensus being that balance has been maintained. (D)
