St Hallett Faith Shiraz 2016 (Barossa Valley, SA)
This is ‘go to’ shiraz for many people, and with good reason. It’s a substantial wine, but balance is maintained the whole way. Dark tea and crushed blueberry scents usher in a vibrant palate with purity, depth and integrated oak. The tannin structure is impressive – big and grippy, yet disciplined. (C)
