Taylors St Andrews Shiraz 2014 (Clare Valley, SA)
Toned and poised, this wine has a gorgeous, lithe shape in the mouth. Well-defined red fruit notes entwined with a touch of meaty reduction provide plenty of flavour interest. The structure is tight and well managed. It’s a classy wine that grows in the glass and would be a superb match for Catalan meatballs and black olives (boules de picoulat). (H)
