Torbreck Woodcutters 2017 (Barossa Valley)

Torbreck is a forest in Scotland hence the lumberjack connection. Produced from younger vines this is aromatically reminiscent of oak yet with ample black currant and dark sweet raspberry fruit to support the wine. Dry and balanced with firm tannins and acidity to match.
