Pask Declaration Gimblett Gravels 2014 (Hawke’s Bay)
Delicious with enticing rich fruits and exotic spices. The palate is rich and fleshy with ripe berries , black pepper and dark chocolate. Impressively structured the tannins are now softening which adds intrigue. A great example of the benefit of some bottle age.
