Perfumed primary aromas of wild thyme and raspberries and even some confected notes reminiscent of boiled sweets combine with spicy notes of white pepper on the nose. Tannin grip provides sinew on the palate and delivers great structure and acidity blanketed with delightful brambly, red-wild berries.
