Aurum Organic Pinot Gris 2018 (Central Otago)

Heady aromas of cinnamon spice and Bosc pear on the nose also culminate across the palate in a rich style of gris with crunchy, red-apple strudel characteristics. Lovely flavours are layered across the palate of this well-balanced wine which delivers inquisitive characters and wonderful length. Relaxed, generous and very moreish and definitely worthy a second glass – at least.
