Lake Chalice Plume Pinot Noir 2019 (Marlborough)
Well coloured with some fade due to time spent in bottle, this wine has delicious complexity as a result of development. Dried herbs, umami mushroom, black olive and forest-floor characters sit alongside the dense dark-fruit flavours of the palate.
