Mora Bannockburn Pinot Noir 2023 (Central Otago)
A medium colour in the glass with the slightest whisper of fade. The aromatics are quiet but complex with raspberry and toffee aromas set against whole-bunch herbals. The palate is elegant with lovely fruit concentration, bright acid and firm chalky tannins.
