Craggy Range Gimblett Gravels Vineyard Syrah 2014

Craggy Range, nestled under a spectacular range of hills that are, actually... very craggy, is one of the most impressive wineries in Hawke’s Bay. The 2014 syrah has blackberry and plum, sweet spice, well-measured oak, and earthy/ironstone characters in a very concentrated, fleshy wine, structured well by fresh acidity and dry tannins, finishing long and aromatic.
