Based on an Eden Valley vineyard of 90-year-old Shiraz, this young wine reflects the Eden Valley’s slightly cooler growing conditions compared to its neighbour, the Barossa. Blackberry and plum fruit have a herbal touch, and oak influence is notable. It’s plump in the mouth with appealing fruit and spice flavours, ahead of a slightly attenuated, dry finish
