Bruce by Matahiwi Estate 2021 (Wairarapa)
Medium coloured with a nose that is restrained with muted cherry and Black Doris plum aromas. The palate, however, is lively and fruit forward with bright acid and complex woody notes and an olive-brine character that adds interest.
