Chapel Hill The Parson Shiraz 2022 (McLaren Vale, South Australia)
Deeply coloured with aromas of sweet red fruit, liquorice, spice and some savoury notes that add intrigue to the nose. The palate is mid weighted but full of rich, sweet fruit flavours with warming spices and polished oak. The tannins have been well managed here and add structure and length. (B)
