An impressively structured wine from Redstone Vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle, this long, dense wine is a seriously powerful cabernet. The oak is creamy, lending some smoothness to the otherwise large-scale tannins, with hints of menthol leaf and spice from its cool-climate origins balancing out the concentrated blackcurrant flavours.
