Coopers Creek Reserve Gimblett Gravels Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
An inky Hawke’s Bay cabernet with concentrated cassis and berry fruit that has seamlessly swallowed up plenty of toasty oak. The palate is middling in body, smooth and complete, with berry/plum fruit and a savoury nutty element carrying through to a drying, slightly astringent finish.
