Crossroads Milestone Series Chardonnay 2013

Steve Smith was taken with this wine’s papery, mineral texture, resembling white Burgundy. Citrus, vanilla, roasted white nuts, gunflint and creme brulee all play out over long, flowing lines. Superbly balanced, it’s a great match for grilled salmon with a dill hollandaise.
