Don’t Tell Gary 2021 (Central Victoria, Australia)
A big wine with a deep and rich ruby colour and a nose full of blackberries, liquorice and cassis with a hint of reduction. The palate is well concentrated with dark fruit and a fine texture that gives levity and freshness. Tannins are bold but rounded. (C)
