Elderton Estate Shiraz 2017 (Barossa)
A smart package, the fruit for this comes from three of the Barossa’s most famous subregions; Nuriootpa, Greenock and Craneford with some vines dating back to 1900. This old-vine material results in intensely sweet concentrated black fruit, bitter chocolate and spicy savoury notes (JP commented on Bloody Mary), followed by a densely packed core of tannins and structure.
