Elderton Greenock One Shiraz 2012
The Greenock district in the Barossa Valley is a prized locale for first-rate shiraz. Elderton’s version is typically ripe and almost fruit-sweet. Big berry characters, a dab of eucalypt, and ample sweet oak enhance its generous, fleshy nature, and balance is just right. Would fit well with a hearty daube of beef.
