Pale in the glass with lovely fresh citrus and floral notes on the nose, this wine is light, fine, focussed and oh-so memorable. It’s dry, aromatic and elegant with apple, bergamot and yellow plum flavours alongside crisp, refreshing minerality. A delight. (B)
