Hardys Oomoo Shiraz

A recreation of a 19th century Hardys label graces this traditionally-styled Australian red. A little extra age over most wines in the tasting has done it no harm. It smells classy; aromas of florals, plum, berries and demi-glace make a big introduction, and lashings of mid-palate fruit carry through perfectly measured tannins. Plenty of wine for the price.
