Punchy Clare Valley shiraz. It has very deep colour and a heavily extracted nose of jammy black fruit and obvious barrel influence. It floods the mouth with impressively ripe flavour and velvety texture, finishing dry and firm with a long aftertaste perfumed by vanillin oak.
