Leconfield Richard Hamilton ‘Little Road’ Shiraz 2019 (McLaren Vale)
Less oak than some other wines, this leans towards the cooler end of the fruit spectrum, showing a bit more aromatic restraint, spice, some sappiness and more floral, red fruit than black. Balanced and fresh, it can cover a wider range of dishes than bolder, riper Shiraz – duck, anyone? (F)
