Madam Sass Central Otago Pinot Noir 2016

Crafted from single vineyard Bendigo fruit, this debut pinot is seriously good for the price. It’s a warm, ripe expression, exhibiting some savoury notes along with dark-fruited sweetness. The tannins are elegant, and the finish is long and fine.
