Madam Sass Pinot Noir 2022 (Central Otago)
An attractive colour density in the glass with red-fruit aromas alongside herbal and stemmy aromatics. The palate is moderately weighted with lovely tension thanks to the acid present and a wonderful interplay between the red-fruit notes and the secondary vanilla characteristics present.
