Matahiwi Estate Pinot Noir 2019 (Wairarapa)

Fresh thyme and herbs combine with ripe plum, gentle red fruits and a hint of spice on the nose. Those ripe fruits flow through and appear deliciously fleshy on the palate where a chewy, cherry character joins the party. Supple, silky and layered, this wine’s tannin structure balanced with its great acid profile provides a succulent finish.
