Mills Reef Elspeth Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
This classical Hawke’s Bay cabernet sauvignon is made with traces of cabernet franc. Plum and dark berry fruit are deliciously intense and skilful use of oak is displayed. It’s like a pure essence of cabernet, with fleshy mouthfeel and lovely flow through the mouth to a dry finish. A very good match for racks of lamb roasted pink.
