Providore Pinot Noir 2019 (Central Otago)
As the lovely black cherry aromatics are subdued on the nose, the rich and juicy palate is quite surprising. Flavours of plums and dark cherries run through the palate and are set against bold tannins and taut acid in this complex and poised pinot.
