McLaren Vale shiraz is an immensely satisfying, winter-weight red wine. RockBare is a well-made example, driven by jammy fruit, with hints of mint and vanillin oak. Finely textured and long flavoured, this is traditional shiraz of warmth and generosity. Serve it with roast beef.
