Grown on a clay-rich site in the Omaka Valley where Jersey bulls once grazed, this dark-fruited wine is enlivened by ripe herb notes and focussed, racy tannins. A seasoning of oak toast adds complexity. Enjoy it with lamb rack and a garlicky ratatouille.
