Shingleback The Gate 2016 (McLaren Vale)
The shingleback is a blue tongued lizard that lives in semi-arid habitats of South Australia. Our tongues resembled that of a shingleback after tasting this intensely coloured rich and toasty Shiraz. The black pepper notes are softened with vanillin oak and balanced tannins.
