Why Havana? ‘Reflective of a city with infectious energy’ is the official explanation. Grown in the Yarrum vineyard and made by Dave Clouston, this is a dark-fruited, spicy, peppery pinot that flows evenly and long. The lush and giving texture is underscored with subtle tension.
