Vidal Legacy Gimblett Gravels Hawke’s Bay Cabernet Sauvignon

The Vidal name has been associated with Hawke’s Bay wine since 1905 and this wine is a tribute to that legacy. It’s a dense, dark cabernet smelling of blackcurrants and berries, mint, and sweet, creamy vanillin oak. The medium-full palate is smooth and rich, with finely tuned ripe fruit and sweet oak flavours running through tight, firm tannins.
