Villa makes it a Top 10 triple with this latest rendition of the consistent Hawke’s Bay Reserve. Out-there, flinty complexity frames the green-edged, spicy fruit that dances briskly across the palate. The
texture is firm and the finish lasting and fine. This would be superb with grilled haloumi and a squeeze of lemon juice.
